What you should know and select when a risk with a Reinforced Concrete Roof Deck is rated with Windstorm Mitigation.

Rated a Commercial-Residential Wind Only policy with reinforced concrete roof with no opening protection and class A, B & C protection. A & B were more expensive than C & none.

We have rated a risk with wind mitigation credits and when comparing to the renewal offer by Citizens, your system's Wind Mitigation Credit is $8,354 vs Citizen's $13,295. We have checked each detail of the mitigation and see that you system does not allow an n/a option for FBC Wind Speed or FBC Wind Design nor an option for n/a on the Roof-Wall Connection . These are the only differences in the details yet such a large difference in the credit allowed. Please advise if you have a rating error in your program; if not how can I get my quote corrected?

I thought the minimum deductible is now $2500 but just rated an account that wouldn't let me use the $2500. Assume that is because of the low-valued carports. So, does Citizens permit $1,000 deductible on all scheduled items when there are low valued items on the schedule?

Commercial Residential condominium WIND ONLY Special classs Please tell me what and when is property type other structure(Dwelling Policy Applicable)-Masonry is used. I see the rate is a big difference rating it with that class or rated as a detached open sided structure masonry.

I have many condo associations and they often have detached garages and pool houses. Can you rate these with the condo buildings or must they be rated separately as Other Buildings? The special class tab does not include these anxillary buildings as a special class but they are not the same CSP code so should not have the same rating factors as the residential buildings. How should they be rated?

I have just entered a new risk on TurboStorm. The name is Jade East Towers Owners Association, Inc. The building value is over $10M therefore I must submit to Citizens for rating. I have entered the application in TurboStorm however it will not give me an option to print the APPLICATION. The only options for printing are the "A-rate Cover Sheet" and the "A-Rate Request" pages. Where is the application?

I rated a condominium association and and my base premium for the residential building and 3 of my pools combined are 5 dollars less than citizens base premiums. Cant find why. Is there a slight glitch in the system?
