I rated a condominium association and and my base premium for the residential building and 3 of my pools combined are 5 dollars less than citizens base premiums. Cant find why. Is there a slight glitch in the system?

Answer / Solution

Yes, for policies effective 1-1-2011 or later in the Commercial Residential Multi-Peril program, the Special Class Property is applying a .013 factor instead of the .027 factor. We were just made aware of this. We will be correcting this in the next day or so.
