Why is the Wind Mitigation selection not available when I am rating a Commercial Non-Residential risk?

Answer / Solution

Commerical Non-Residential Wind Mitigation credit:

The Wind Mitigation credit is not available on Commercial Non-Residential risks.
Commercial Non-Residentila risks only qualify for the Wind Protective Device credit. See pages VIII-10 & 11 in the Citizens manual (link at the bottom of this page).
