Why when quoting an Apartment - non-residential due to the transient occupancy, does the builders risk section answer YES & you are unable to change it to no.

Answer / Solution

That is because the program does not recognize nor is there rating for a Commercial Non-Residential Apartment. You will need to change the Policy Type to Hotel/Motel per Citizens underwriting (see below):
