| Why is the "Is this a Condo?" question grayed out? |

This question only pertains to Specifically rated risks. For example, if you have an ISO approved sprinkler system in the building and ISO has issued a Specific Loss cost report with the building and contents loss cost factors. This rate in most cases is a lower rate than the class rate. To rate a Specifically rated risk click on the link under Related FAQs
