- Per Citizens manual for Builder's Risk (page XII-2) Coverage limits are based on the occupancy when completed. Commercial -Residential Properties coverage amount subject to the maximum limits rules (See maxium coverage available section), may exceed the standard maximum limites so that insuring to 100% at completed value is complied with.
- Maximum coverage available for Commercial Residential is $10,000,000. Citizens will write higher than $10,000,000 using an A-Rate if coverage is not available in an authorized market. TurboStorm does not have the A-Rate (Citizens does not publish these rates).
