Comparison screen display changes:

1. Go to the Edit menu and select Options or click on the icon that looks like a gear on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the Compare tab.
3. To add additional columns to the comparison screen:
   • In the Available Fields section, left click to highlight the field name you want to add .
   • Click on the Add-> button in the middle of the screen.
   • This field will move to the Show these Fields section to the bottom of the list.
4. To remove a column from the comparison screen:
   • In the Show these Fields section, left click to highlight the field name that you want to remove.
   • Click on the <-Remove button in the middle of the screen.
   • This field will move to the Available Fields section.
     • NOTE: The two fields that cannot be removed are the Company Name and the Rate Effective Date.
5. To reorder the columns on the comparison screen:
   • In the Show these Fields section, left click to highlight the field name that you want to move to a new position.
   • Click on either the Move Up or Move Down button.
   • Each time you click on the button, it will move the column name up or down.
6. Once you have made your changes, click on Apply then OK.
