Deductible error message:

1. This means that the Group I deductible (All other Perils) that you selected is not valid per the Citizens manual charts for Per Calendar year Hurricane deductibles 3% and 5% based on the building value.
2. The policy deductible for All Other Perils for all buildings and Special Class Property items is determined by the lowest valued building or item on the policy.
3. The 3% & 5% Per Calendar Year Hurricane deductible charts are located at the bottom of page 23 and the top of page 24 of the Rating Section in the Citizen's manual. (A link to the manual for this is in the Related Links section of this page).
