Winstorm Mitigation entries:

1. Certain wind mitigation features apply in some cases and not in others (based on the year built, building type for the wind mit chart).
2. If an item is not applicable, then just leave the default.  The program will know, based on the items above, when they do and don't apply.  For Multi-Peril the Terrain Exposure B or C will also determine which set of charts are used.  Wind Only will always be Terrain Exposure C.
