Why does the Continue button not work when I click on it from the application entry screen in Multi-Peril? |
Answer / Solution |
 |
Application entry screen Continue button:
- This is due to clicking on the Continue button too quickly before all of the buildings load to the page.
- If you click on Continue before the page loads, it loses all information entered for each building after the buildings that did load at that time.
- You should watch the progress bar either at the top of the page or at the bottom of your browser window.
- To ensure all pages have loaded you may want to scroll down to the end of the page to scan through some the entries.
- 5 entries that are required to go to the Application Options page are:
- Year of Original Certificate of Occupancy:
- Year of Wiring Installation/Upgrade:
- Year of Roofing Installation/Upgrade:
- Year of Plumbing Installation/Upgrade:
- Year of Heating Installation/Upgrade:
- If these entries are 0, you will need to enter the year for each entry, for each building missing the year value.
- You will know which buildings need this entry by the red text stating something like:
- You must enter a valid number between 2000 and 2008
- The minimum value default in the error message will be based on the Year Built entry field listed just before these entries.
