Question / Issue
How do I enter an auxiliary building on a Wind Only quote?

Answer / Solution

Other Commercial-Residential buildings located on a Commercial-Residential property are considered auxiliary buildings, such as:

Exception: those specifically classified as Special Class property in the Citizens manual

    • Clubhouse
    • Pool house
    • Office
    • restaurant
    • fitness center

These buildings will be entered on the Policy tab just as you do for the main buildings.  However, if the building is an auxiliary building, you will need to answer Yes to the Auxiliary Building entry field located after the Co-insurance entry field.  This will ensure that the program will use the proper rate table for auxiliary buildings.
