Other Commercial-Residential buildings located on a Commercial-Residential property are considered auxiliary buildings, such as:

Exception: those specifically classified as Special Class property in the Citizens manual

• Clubhouse
• Pool house
• Office
• restaurant
• fitness center

These buildings will be entered on the Policy tab just as you do for the main buildings.  You can distinguish these buildings by adding a description to the address field for the specific building.

NOTE:  When you enter a building that is less than $50,000, you will receive a warning message that the building must be an auxiliary building.  Just click Next to go to the rating screen.
