Are the applications in each line of rating approved by Citizens?

Answer / Solution
  1. All applications available in TurboStorm are the required forms for submission to Citizens.  These forms are the exact forms posted on Citizens website.
    • The Commercial-Residential and Commercial Non Residential Muli-Peril rating programs allows you to print:
      • ACORD 140
      • ACORD 125 
      • Citizen's Supplemental forms.
      • Citizens Contact Inspection form.
    • The Wind Only (Commercial Residential and Non Residential) line of rating allows you to print:
      • Citizen's Commercial Residential Application
      • Commercial Non-Residential Application
      • Citizens Supplemental forms.
      • Citizens Contact Inspection form.
