Question / Issue
What does the "Apply Changes to All Buildings*" button do?

Answer / Solution

Apply Changes to All Buildings*:

  1. In each line of rating, while in edit mode, you have an option to apply changes to certain fields to all other existing buildings on the quote.
  2. The fields that will apply to all buildings are indicated by red bold text with an *.
  3. Both lines of rating will have similar fields that will apply, but not all the same:
    • Commercial-Residential Multi-Peril:
      • Only Co-insurance will apply to all buildings on the quote.
    • Wind Only:
      • Building Construction
      • Hurricane Deductible
      • Hurricane Type
      • Other Wind Deductible
      • Co-insurance
  4. Once you have made your changes in one or more of these fields on one building, you will then click on the Apply Changes to All Buildings* button if you wish to change all buildings on the quote.
