Citizen's underwriting manual access:

1. On any screen before rating and in both lines, there is a link called: Access Citizen's Manuals.
2. This takes you to Citizen's home page.
3. To find the underwriting manuals, click on the Agent Resources menu at the top of the screen.
4. Select Underwriting Manuals.
5. On the next screen, click on the tab for the line of rating you are looking for.
6. Each manual will have a table of contents listed on the left side of the screen.
