On rates prior to 1-1-2014 for Commercial Residential Multi-Peril it was automatically included and not an optional coverage.  However, with the 1-1-2014 rate change, this has changed to an optional coverage.

Commercial Non-Residential Multi-Peril has always had this as an optional coverage.  The default entry for this coverage is no.  You will have to change the entry to Yes to include this coverage.
