Question / Issue
Can I undelete a user login?

Answer / Solution

Yes, you can reactivate a deleted user login: 

 NOTE: You must have an Administrator login to edit the user setup.

  1. After logging in, click on the Administration button.
  2. Click on the Users button.
  3. This screen will display all users for the agency account.
  4. Click on the Edit button next to the user you would like to reactivate or undelete.
  5. At the bottom of the Edit User Information screen, click in the box next to Active: to place a check mark in this box.
  6. Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.
  7. You will be taken back the Agency Administration user setup screen and you will no onger see an N in the Active column.
  8. Repeat the steps above for other users listed.
  9. Once you have completed reactivating users, click on the  Exit button at the top right of the screen.
  10. You will be taken back to the main Agency Administration screen.
  11. Click on the Exit  button at the top right of the screen to take you back to the main menu screen.
