Can I undelete a user login? |

Yes, you can reactivate a deleted user login:
NOTE: You must have an Administrator login to edit the user setup.
- After logging in, click on the Administration button.
- Click on the Users button.
- This screen will display all users for the agency account.
- Click on the Edit button next to the user you would like to reactivate or undelete.
- At the bottom of the Edit User Information screen, click in the box next to Active: to place a check mark in this box.
- Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.
- You will be taken back the Agency Administration user setup screen and you will no onger see an N in the Active column.
- Repeat the steps above for other users listed.
- Once you have completed reactivating users, click on the Exit button at the top right of the screen.
- You will be taken back to the main Agency Administration screen.
- Click on the Exit button at the top right of the screen to take you back to the main menu screen.
