Hello. I am quoting a wind only quote for a commercial non residential risk. In the Buildings / Contents section, Number of Units and Number of Stories, does this pertain to the ENTIRE BUILDING or the PARTICULAR RISK? Please advise, thanks.

Answer / Solution

The entire building. On a Commercial Non-Residential risk the number of units and stories doesn't have a baring on the rate. The rate will be based on the CC-F rate table unless it is a Hotel/Motel which would be a CC-E
