Question / Issue
How do I delete a user that is no longer with the agency?

Answer / Solution

To delete a user login: 

  1. You must have an Administrator login to edit the user setup.
  2. After logging in, click on the Administration button.
  3. Click on the Users button.
  4. This screen will display all users for the agency account.
  5. Click on the Delete button to the far right side of the screen next to the user you would like to delete.
  6. You now will see an N next to the user in the Active column that you just deleted.
  7. Repeat the steps above if there are any other users you would like to delete.
  8. Once you have completed deleting users, click on the  Exit button at the top right of the screen.
  9. You will be taken back to the main Agency Administration screen.
  10. Click on the Exit  button at the top right of the screen to take you back to the main menu screen.
