How do I delete a user that is no longer with the agency? |

To delete a user login:
- You must have an Administrator login to edit the user setup.
- After logging in, click on the Administration button.
- Click on the Users button.
- This screen will display all users for the agency account.
- Click on the Delete button to the far right side of the screen next to the user you would like to delete.
- You now will see an N next to the user in the Active column that you just deleted.
- Repeat the steps above if there are any other users you would like to delete.
- Once you have completed deleting users, click on the Exit button at the top right of the screen.
- You will be taken back to the main Agency Administration screen.
- Click on the Exit button at the top right of the screen to take you back to the main menu screen.
