Are Mitigation Forms only good for five years? How often must you update your mitigation information in order to aquire or maintain mitigation credits?

Answer / Solution

You will need to contact Citizens on the form. The wind mit forms are documents that they update and they determine when the new form is needed to maintain the credit.
