Is Computer Hardware covered under the BPP? |

Yes, the hardware would be considered BPP and covered what is not (from the Citizens exception pages)

11.Electronic Data Electronic data is Property Not Covered. In the Building And Personal Property and Condominium Coverage Forms, an automatic Additional Coverage - Electronic Data provides coverage for the cost to replace or restore electronic data which is destroyed or corrupted by certain named perils. Coverage is subject to an annual aggregate limit of $2,500. This limit is the maximum payable regardless of the number of occurrences of loss or damage or the number of premises, locations or computer systems involved |
