Yes, they were posted to the TurboStorm site on 12/7/2011. 

The following notice of changes were emailed on 12/8/2011:

January 1, 2012 Commercial Residential/Non-Residential & Wind Only Changes

Commercial Residential Multi-Peril: Added rates effective 1/1/2012. TurboStorm will determine the rates used based off of the Policy effective date of your quote. Added 2009 FIGA Assessment Reinstatement surcharge (0.122 percent) Updated form CIT-CL-2, 1/2012 edition. Commercial Non-Residential Multi-Peril: Added 2009 FIGA Assessment Reinstatement surcharge (0.122 percent) to the current 11-2008 rates, effective 1-1-2012. Wind Only: Added 2009 FIGA Assessment Reinstatement surcharge (0.122 percent) to current 2-1-2010 rates, effective 1-1-2012.  This surcharge will also be added to the upcoming 2-1-2012 rates.  This rate change will be posted at a later date.
