I have a risk with 14 buildings constructed in 1974 with mitigation forms. For several of the buildings, the straps (single wraps) were misaligned and only fastened with two nails. Can these buildlings still receive mitigation credits for their other features, such as FBC approved roof coverings, Level A deck attachments, and Hip style roofs? |

This is something that you would need to contact Citizens about. They will inspect the property for the verification of the wind mit items. They will make the determination of the condition of the Roof-Wall Connection and how they will classify this. |
