You may want to contact Citizens to find out for sure.  It may already be covered under the insured's Homeowner or Dwelling policy.  The Commercial Residential policies are only for the entire buildings being insured and not the individual units. The Commercial Non-Residential will cover the contents in addition to the Improvements and Betterments of an individual office.
