What are the minimum earned factors citizens imposes for a cancellation mid-term on Commercial-Residential Multi Peril policies? |
Answer / Solution |

The underwriting manual goes over cancellations, however if it is cancelled by them, which they state is on a prorata basis as well as some of the surcharges. You will need to contact Citizens to find out what the rule is if the insured cancels mid-term and what the factors are.
The cancellation rules are in the manual on Citizens site under the CR-M tab for Underwriting Guidelines.
