Will the Turbo Storm rater for WIND ONLY rate a warehouse with a value of 1,321,000. I keep getting error Combined coverage exceeds $1,000,000 maximum. Thank you.

Answer / Solution

Yes it will rate it on a First Loss basis. You will need to enter the value of $1,321,000 in the Building Value field and then $1,000,000 in the Building Amount of Insurance field. You will see the Coinsurance prompt change to Coinsurance Not applicable (First Loss).
