In the Policy Info Section can I use Home Owner Association policy type for condominium buildings that are organized under a homeowners association?

Answer / Solution

I believe that you can if they are organized and classified as an HOA. You may want to contact Citizens to verify this. There is a rate difference in Multi-Peril between a Condo and an HOA classification.
