Question / Issue
When I go to preview and print the application it is blank, what do I do to show the information on the form from my quote?

Answer / Solution

Adobe has made security enhancements to their software. 

It should initially give you a message at the top of the screen that the data import has been blocked and to go to options to allow the import of you trust the location.  However, sometimes the Adobe update does not apply properly and you may not see this option.  If this is the case try:

  1. Open Adobe from your desktop or go to your Start menu and select Adobe.
  2. Once Adobe opens, go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.

  3. From the left side of the screen go down and click on Security (Enhanced).
  4. On the right side of the screen under Priviledged Locations, click on the Add Host button.

  5. Enter the TurboStorm site address(https://turbostorm.itcratingservices.com) and click OK,

  6. It should now appear in the white area in Priviledged Locations.
  7. Click on OK to close this screen.
  8. Close Adobe and you should now see your application populated with the data from your quote.

Many of our machines that have reader 9 installed cannot display the completed product; it appears to be trying to generate the preview, but cannot complete...then tries again...and again...locking the machines. this happens on multiple machines, all with 9 installed. we were finally able to complete on a machine with reader 8 installed.
