Wind Only - Condo assn auxillary buildings - I have several small ones - guard house, valet bldg, BUT the Garage building should be rated in rate tabel CR-I How do I get it to do that? Where do I add the building? The other auxiliary buildings are ok in the class they were in, but not the garage.

Answer / Solution

To get the CR-I rate table rate, enter the building on the Policy tab and answer the Auxiliary building question - Yes.
