When rating dwelling under construction, I have to use the commercial form, but system only lets me use limit of up to $1,000,000. I know values can be issued higher, how do I get around this in system? |

Answer the Commercial-Residential question Yes (the entry field is just beneath the Policy type entry field). This will allow a coverage limit higher than $1,000,000. The program will produce a Commercial Non-Residential application based on the Policy type, however Citizens does not place a limit of $1,000,000 on this type of risk as they do with a Commercial Non-Residential building such as an Office.
