In the Res MP, can you tell me where to add an Auxillary building (like a small laundry room value @ $5,000). Saw the "open tructures", but it doesn't really fit that. It has plumbing & A/C. Thanks.

Answer / Solution

Enclosed buildings in Commercial Residential Multi-Peril are entered on the Policy tab as a building. With the low value, you will get a warning message when you rate the quote. You can just click next since this building is an auxiliary building.
