Question / Issue
I get this error message when trying to view the application: There is a problem With Adobe Acrobat/Reader. Please exit Adobe Acrobat/Reader and try again. What do I do to fix this?

Answer / Solution

Adobe has a conflict issue with Google Toolbar.  You will need to disable the Google Tool bar. 

 

An easy way to do this is:

  1. Go to your internet browser Tools menu and select Manage Add-ons.
    •  
  2. Left click on the Google Toolbar to highlight it and then click on the Disable button at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Once you have disabled the Google items, click on Close to exit this screen.

  4. Close all browser windows.
  5. You will now be able to properly open PDF documents.
