Where do I rate an enclosed garage? Will it be rated as an auxiliary buidling or under special class?

Answer / Solution

For Wind only they generally rate these as Special Class Property.

On the Special Class tab, select one of the Other Structure options from the Prop. Type entry based on the construction.
Then select Enclosed Garage from the Occ. Type entry field.
