| If a building is 68% vacant is it eligilbe to rate with Citzens. |
| Answer / Solution |

For Commercial Residential Multi-Peril, occupancy rate must be 61% or more to be eligible. For Commercial Non-Residential Multi-Peril, occupancy rate must be 31% or more to be eligible. The Wind only guidelines for both CR & CNR does not mention a minimum occupancy rate. You may want to check with Citizens for this line of rating |
