Nature Of Operations entry field:

1. If you are getting the error message after entering a description in the Nature of Operations entry field: Please Enter Valid Description, you will need to change or remove some wording from this field.  Then click on the Search for Class Code link. 
2. For example:
   • You are trying to rate an Antique Retail Store and you type this description in the field and get the error message, try removing the word "Antique". 
   • However, you still get the message.  Try removing "Retail" and just look up Store.
   • You will then get multiple descriptions of Stores.
   • It may be that this type of store does not fit any specific description and may need to be classified in the catch all category of Mercantile - not otherwise classified...
