Policy Structure entry field:

The Policy Structure entry field is grayed out because the program will determine how the risk is rated based on the Building value entries:

1. If the 100% Valuation entry field value is higher than the maximum limit that Citizens will insure, the the Policy Structure entry field will change to and be rated on a First Loss basis.
2.  If the 100% Valuation entry field value is equal to or less than the maximum limit that Citizens will insure, then the Policy Structure entry field will remain and be rated on a Total Loss basis.
