Access to Citizens underwriting manual:

1. There is a link in the upper right corner of any quote entry screen: Access Citizens Manuals.
2. When you click on this link, a separate browser window will appear and go to Citizens home page.
3. Click at the top on the Agent Resources menu and select Underwriting Manuals.
4. Then click on the CNR-M tab.
5. This will take you to a login screen for ePas (you will need to know this or contact Citizens for your login).
6. Once you have logged in, you can access the Underwriting Guidelines and the Citizens State Exception Pages.
7. You will need an ISO manual to look at rates and other guidelines.
