Question / Issue

Can users be restricted from deleting quotes from the system?

Answer / Solution

Quote access and restriction:

All users have access to all quotes for the agency as well as access to deleting quotes.
If a user is no longer with your agency you should delete that user or change the user name and/or password through the Administration set up.
