What is the difference between commercial non-residential and commercial residential rating?

Answer / Solution

Commercial Residential Multi-Peril is rating Condominium / Apartment buildings or Homeowner Associations, used as residential occupancies. Commercial Non-Residential Multi-Peril is rating commercial businesses like offices, warehouses, retail stores, etc.
