	2009 FIga Assessment Surcharge I thought this was effective 4/01/2010? I did a quote 3/29/2010 effective 4/04/2010 and it applied. I did another quote yesterday effective 4/17/2010 and it wasn't applied. Is this a error in Turbo? Also it was brought to my attention somebody had a quote effective 4/2010 it applied and they went and made a change to the quote and it was no longer on the revised quote. Please let me know what is going on with this charge and when it is effective. Thank you Dawn

	I HAVE A QUESTION REGARDING RATING WITH YEAR BUILT I TRIED 3 DIFFERENT YEARS ON THE SAME NAME INSURED 1980,1982 &1983, AND THE PREMIUM CHANGED UP TO $10,000 i HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS MUCH OF A RATE CHANGE WITH OLDER BUILDING. IS THIS CORRECT? IF SO WHERE CAN I VERIFY THIS IN THE CITIZENS MANUEL?
	Trying to rate a Builders Risk for a single family dwelling. Completed Value form at 100% coinsurance. When entered it says error exceeding the $1,000,000. building limit for commercial policy forms but since its a single family dwelling it should be eligible. How do I get a rate for this using BR-A rate table??

	I have just entered a new risk on TurboStorm. The name is Jade East Towers Owners Association, Inc. The building value is over $10M therefore I must submit to Citizens for rating. I have entered the application in TurboStorm however it will not give me an option to print the APPLICATION. The only options for printing are the "A-rate Cover Sheet" and the "A-Rate Request" pages. Where is the application?

	Property located @ 4510 Lee Blvd, Lehigh Acres, FL Incumbent is non-renewing all business in county. Client's commercial policy insurer does not allow rented dwellings on their policy. Checked Citizen's website, property is not listed, therefore not eligible. Can I go through TurboStorm to rate a Commercial Residential Multi-Peril quote for this home, owned by corporate entity which is a seasonal rental home? Please confirm & thank you!
