Question / Issue
How can I group my insureds to display all of the policies they have when I search for existing policies?

Answer / Solution
  1. From the Main Menu screen select Find existing Policies or click on the Clients menu and select Find existing Clients or from the Policy Options section on the upper right side of the screen, select Find Existing Policies.
  2. Enter in your criteria for your search.
  3. Click on the box next to Group Results and then click on the Search button.
  4. This will display all of your insureds and show all policies that they have.

NOTE: The grouped results will be based on the Sort by entry fieldFor example if you want to group them by Policy Type, you will see all policies with a list of policies under that name.  Also you will need to select your Sort by entry each time you go to the Find Existing Policies and Customers screen.  The default is Client Name.
