How do I send a fax from InsurancePro? |

- Open a customer record.
- From the Policy Summary Screen, click on Print Forms/Letters.
- Once the Print Forms/Letters screen appears on the left side of the Policy Summary Screen, click on Saved Forms (if you do not have a saved form, you must create and save one before you fax it from the program).
- Left click to highlight the form under Available Forms for the one you want to fax.
- Click on the Send as Fax on the lower left side of the screen.
- The form will appear and you will receive a message asking if you want to save the form (if you've made changes to the form you will want to click Yes, if no changes were made click No).
- A Sending Fax box will appear to enter information such as the recipient's name, fax number,selections of the fax machine you wish to send from, a subject and additional notes.
- Once you have completed this screen, click on Send.
