How do I view all payments received in any given time period? |

To search and view for payments received by your agency:
- On the Main Menu screen, select Find Payment from the Payments menu in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Enter a date range only if you want to see all payments received for the agency for that time period.
- Click on the Find button to search.
- If you want to look up payments using more specific criteria, enter or select:
- Receipt #
- Check #
- Client name (click on the button to the left of the field to search for a specific client)
- Account type
- Further payment processing options for each payment displayed are available on the bottom right of this screen to:
- Process Returned Check
- Mark as sent to Company
- Void Payment
- Delete Payment
- Edit Receipt
- Reprint Receipt
- Click on Done to exit this screen.
