How do I check a specific customer balance or payment history on their account? |

Checking for Policy Balances for a quick overview of a policy transaction history:
- Pull up your customer.
- From your customer's Policy Summary Screen, click on the Policy Balance button at the bottom of the screen.
- This Policy Balance screen shows:
- Initial Premium
- All Payments
- Any Endorsements
- Any Cancellations and Reinstatements
- You can also print an invoice from this screen.
- Click on the Close button to exit this screen
