How do I delete an agent/user?

Answer / Solution

To delete an agent/user from Insurance Pro:

  1. Go to the Manage Agents screen from the Agency Settings menu.
  2. From the AGENTS/CSR list, highlight the name you would like to delete.
  3. Click on Delete Agent from the OPTIONS area at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click on Done to save and exit this screen
