How do I set or change permissions for users in InsurancePro?

Answer / Solution

Setting or modifying user permissions:

  1. Go to the Agency Settings menu and select Manage Agents.
  2. To change permissions for an existing agent:
    • Highlight the agent name under AGENTS/CSR
    • Click on Edit Agent Info under OPTIONS
    • Check or uncheck the specified option under Permissions
    • Click on Save.
  3. To add a new agent and set permissions:
    • Click on Add a new Agent under OPTIONS
    • Enter the new agent's Name, Address, Phone, Other Notes, User ID and Password, and the  Commission % or Flat Fee to be paid.
    • Select the permissions to be allowed for this user.
    • Click on Save.
  4. When all changes have been made, click on Done to close the screen.
