How do I scan documents/images into InsurancePro? |

- Open up a policy from the Find Existing Policies screen.
- From the Policy Summary window click on Scans & Documents.
- On the Scan Settings screen we recommend leaving it on Use Manufacturer's Driver Settings (Recommended).
- On the Select Sources screen choose the appropriate scanner driver. Click Select. InsurancePro is compatible with only TWAIN or WIA drivers.
- The scanner window from the manufacturer will appear. Select the options for scanning.
- Click on Scan.
- Once it is finished scanning type out a description to identify the document or image. You will now see the document or image in the list.
Tips: 1. You can open the file by clicking Open to view if the preview is not available. The file will open with the default program for that particular file type.
2. You can also email the file if you have email setup inside InsurancePro by clicking on the Email Button.
