I deleted a policy in error. Is there any way to recover it? |
Answer / Solution |
Yes there is a way to recover a deleted policy. If you have the ability to delete a customer then you will be able to restore the customer by going to Agency Tools-->View Deleted Policies. Check the box next to the policy that you want to undelete and click the Update button. If you do not see that option you will need to get with an administrator or another user that has that permission. |
