Policy will not open due to adobe reader not being detected. How do I correct this? |

- Make sure Adobe Reader is installed. You can check that by going to the start menu and looking at all the programs that are installed on your computer.
- If Adobe Reader is installed then it is a malfunction with the browser and the plug in. Close InsurancePro.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Go to Tools or the picture of the gear at the top right corner.
- Click on Manage add-ons.
- Look for Currently loaded add-ons and click on the drop down and choose All add-ons.
- Look for Adobe PDF Reader on the right side. Click on it to highlight it.
- Click the Disable button on the bottom right corner.
- Click the Enable button on the bottom right corner.
- Close the window and open InsurancePro.
