    1. The move to the cloud is one that enhances the user experience of InsurancePro
    2. The move to the cloud leverages systems with improved security
    3. The move to the cloud leverages systems that are capable of faster download and upload speeds making your experience a better one
    4. The move to the cloud leverages systems with more redundancy. This ensures that if something goes wrong, your files are still right and available.
  2. What is the uptime for these cloud systems?
    1. Anticipated uptime is 99.9%
  3. What is the backup schedule?
    1. Daily
  4. What security measures are used to protect my data and keep it safe?
    1. Each file is encrypted
    2. Your files are transferred over an encrypted connection preventing prying eyes from viewing the data. This is another level of encryption that is in addition to each file being encrypted.
    3. Your files can only be saved, downloaded, updated, and deleted with appropriate permissions available only to ITC software.
  5. What information do I need to know for firewalls and proxy server configurations?
    1. We have entered into a relationship with Rackspace to use their Files solution. You will need to give InsurancePro access to the following locations as it uses ReSTful services with these servers:
      1. Server/Port
        1. auth.api.rackspacecloud.com / 443
        2. storage101.ord1.clouddrive.com / 443
